Healthcare

Remgro's healthcare portfolio comprises its restructured interests in Mediclinic, a leading international healthcare group with a more than four-decade heritage in Southern Africa. Following the implementation of the restructuring on 1 July 2026, Remgro owns 100% of Mediclinic Southern Africa and retains its 50% interest in Mediclinic Middle East, as well as its indirect interest in Spire Healthcare. Remgro no longer holds an interest in Hirslanden, Mediclinic's Swiss business. The investment continues to provide exposure to defensive, high-quality healthcare services, supported by strong operational performance, growing patient volumes and ongoing efficiency improvements. This sector contributes 24.4% of Remgro's net asset value.

Consumer products

Remgro's consumer products portfolio comprises shareholdings in RCL Foods (79.5%), Siqalo Foods (100.0%), Heineken Beverages (18.8%), Capevin (33.6%) and Rainbow (79.5%) providing exposure to the food and beverage sector and supporting sustainable earnings growth and long-term value creation. This sector comprises 15.5% of Remgro's net asset value.
